Remove heads and tails from kidney beans, remove tendons, wash and set aside.

Blanch it in hot water. Remove and drain.

Cut into small pieces and place on a plate.

Steam it in a steamer over high heat. It must be steamed thoroughly, as raw kidney beans are poisonous.

Let cool slightly, crush in a food processor, portion into portions and freeze.
