  1. Prepare the ingredients. I forgot to put in the garlic and take a photo. Remove both ends of the snow peas and slice the carrots

  3. Blanch snow peas until raw

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the hot pot, first add the carrots and stir-fry for about one or two minutes, then add the Yunnan cucumber and stir-fry for a while, add an appropriate amount of salt, but not too much salt, add a tablespoon of soybean paste, and stir-fry until the Yunnan cucumber is about 70% cooked. If the pot is a little dry, pour a little boiling water on the side of the pot. Don't add too much at one time. Stir fry after each addition until it is non-stick
