Whole coconut braised bamboo chicken

Every autumn and winter, my hands and feet feel cold, and I can’t bear to take too much tonic. This soup is moisturizing without being too tonic. It’s a must-have soup in autumn and winter!

  1. Wash the chicken and drain it

  2. Pry open the coconut cover and set aside

  3. Wash Codonopsis pilosula and soak for three minutes

  4. Wash the wolfberries and set aside (dry is better.)

  5. Put all the ingredients into the coconut, simmer on high heat for half an hour, then on medium heat for one hour
