  2. Chop the ginger, garlic and pepper, wash the lettuce and tear it into pieces with your hands!

  3. Boil water in a pot, add lettuce after the water boils, blanch it, take it out and drain it!

  4. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, reduce the heat to 50% and reduce the heat to low. Add ginger, garlic, chili, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and thirteen spices in order. Stir evenly. Turn off the heat when bubbles appear evenly in the pot!

  5. Pour evenly over the blanched lettuce and serve!
