Raisin cookies
Overview
My baby likes to eat biscuits very much. I just eat the biscuits given by relatives and friends during the Chinese New Year. If I don’t eat them, it would be a waste. I thought it would be healthy and clean to make them myself, so I tried making some today. I didn’t expect them to be very popular with the children, so I will make them in different ways in the future.

Soften butter at room temperature.

Chop the raisins.

Add butter, sugar, and egg liquid and stir evenly without beating.

Add chopped raisins and mix well.

Add cake flour.

Knead into dough.

Put it into a mold and press it into a rectangular strip. I didn't buy a special cookie mold, but used a sushi mold.

Place in the refrigerator for one hour.

Cut into 6-7mm thick slices and place flat on the baking sheet without overcrowding.

It can be baked at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Let cool and store in jars.
