Overview

I originally wanted to use raspberry juice mixed with milk and yogurt to make dough and steam the steamed buns. I happened to make bread and used half of it. There wasn't much dough left, so I just pancaked it. Half of it was green onion and half of it was sugar. It felt delicious.

  1. Fermented all-purpose flour dough

  2. Mix baking soda with a little less water

  3. Knead the baking soda and water into the dough evenly. If it smells not sour, cut it with a knife and make sure the two pieces are not sticky when they meet. Cover with a damp cloth and leave for 15 minutes

  4. Roll the dough into a flatbread

  5. Roll with chopped green onion

  6. Make two doughs

  7. Roll it into a cake and fry it on both sides
