Wash the pork bones, cut the green onion into sections, and slice the ginger. Soak the wolfberries in cold water, wash and cut the mushrooms into pieces.

Pour cold water into a casserole, add green onion, ginger and a little cooking wine, then add pork bones and bring to a boil, remove the blood.

After washing the pork bones and casserole, pour cold water back into it, bring to a boil slowly, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2-3 hours.

For the last 10 minutes, add the mushrooms. Add the wolfberry just before cooking. Finally sprinkle with salt to taste and that's it.
