Overview
The baby always said he wanted to eat the bamboo tube rice he had eaten that year. After watching "Where Are We Going, Dad", I became even more excited. This time I came to my parents' house and finally had the chance to make it.

Soak Northeastern rice in water for about half an hour to an hour.

Dice bacon, sausage, carrots, corn, and shiitake mushrooms. (I forgot to take pictures of carrots, corn, and shiitake mushrooms, sorry.)

Drain the water from the rice, mix with various ingredients, add salt and soy sauce and stir evenly.

Put the rice etc. into the bamboo tube and add water to cover the rice noodles.

Stuff it with corn hearts (the corn hearts are too small, so add a few rice dumpling leaves.) and bake on charcoal.

Grill over high heat, grilling every part. When it starts to squirt, it means the water is boiling, and then continue to bake until it stops squirting, then turn to charcoal and simmer.
