Chive dumplings
Overview
I like to eat dumplings, and my favorite is the ones stuffed with leeks, especially those made by myself. I like more leeks and less meat. I don’t need to add anything else. The filling is just right and I can eat dozens of them at a time!

Prepare ingredients: dumpling wrappers, leeks, pork

Cut the pork into small pieces and then chop it into minced meat (if you find it troublesome, you can just buy ready-made minced meat from the supermarket), put it into a slightly larger plate, add an appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce and cornstarch and mix well

Add the chopped leeks to the minced meat and mix evenly to prepare the filling

Take a piece of dumpling wrapper and add leek meat filling

When it's about to be wrapped, boil water in advance and put the dumplings in after the water boils. Generally, the dumplings are ready when the skin is slightly transparent and the filling can be seen vaguely.
