Braised pork ribs

My parents were not at home today, so I was asked to take charge of my brother’s lunch, so I tried to make his favorite pork ribs. It was my first time to post a picture, and I was very excited

Cut the ribs into pieces and set aside

Chop green onion, ginger, pepper and star anise and set aside

Boil the peppercorns and water together, add the ribs and bring to a boil over high heat

Remove the ribs after they change color, remove the peppercorns and set aside

Put oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger and star anise over low heat, stir-fry until the flavor is released, then pour in the prepared ribs and dried chili peppers, stir-fry until the ribs turn slightly yellow, then pour in the prepared cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, stir-fry a few times

Pour water to cover the ribs. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for more than half an hour

Finally, reduce the juice over high heat until the juice becomes thick. Then add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence and cook

Place on a plate, sprinkle with a little chopped green onion, and call it a day
