In my mind, the bag should be long. Today I made a fat and short version. It looks funny, but it is suitable for the children at home! I made the blueberry jam last time, but I almost forgot about it. I have to destroy it all quickly!

Mix all the main ingredients except butter

Knead the dough until it is smooth and a thick film can be pulled out, then add butter, knead it into a dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it warm for fermentation

Ferment until about 3 times in size

Take out and knead evenly, release the air, and then divide the dough evenly into small balls

Shape each portion into a long cylinder

Cover with plastic wrap, let it rest for 10 minutes, then continue to knead a little longer

Then put it on the baking sheet to ferment again

After fermentation, brush with a layer of egg wash

Squeeze the blueberry jam and put it in the preheated oven, 180 degrees, middle layer, heat up and down, about 15 minutes!
