Brownies
Overview
Brownies are delicious for a reason. A large amount of dark chocolate with a high cocoa butter content, mixed with walnut flavor, and a moist texture that melts in your mouth, which is beyond the comparison of ordinary cakes. Nowadays, in addition to cake shops, this small dessert can also be eaten in cafes. It is actually a very common snack in American families. Its taste is somewhere between cake and biscuits, and its purely handmade production best reflects the fun of food and the wonder of ingredients. The choice of chocolate is the key to the taste of brownies. Rich and slightly bitter is my favorite taste. Brownies that are too sweet seem to lack emotion. So I still recommend choosing chocolate with a cocoa butter content of more than 50%. Brownie is a type of heavy fat cake, so it needs to be refrigerated to taste better so that the various flavors can be mixed more evenly. In the picture, a small metal mold for fruit strips, which is just over 10 centimeters long, is used. This cake can also be made using paper cups, and it will be just as delicious.
