Garlic Grilled Eggplant
Overview
I don’t really like eggplants, but I especially like the garlic in braised eggplants-||, glutinous and delicious. The one I’m updating today is called Garlic Grilled Eggplants, inspired by the barbecue at night stalls. I used to be a late-night snacker, and my favorite thing to eat in the middle of the night was barbecue and fried noodles. However, in recent years, with the news media’s continuous exposure to the hygiene conditions of street snacks, I have been deterred. . It’s better to make food yourself and eat it yourself, so you can feel at ease! Mom likes to eat eggplant very much. I think the old braised pork is too uncreative. Let’s eat it grilled this time~ As for the taste, it must be the old braised one~
