Add a pound of flour to an appropriate amount of boiling water and knead it into a hot dough, divide it into several small portions and set aside.

Wash the leeks, cut into pieces and put them into a basin. Beat the two eggs, add oil and cook until cooked. Pour the same into the basin, add salt, cooking oil and five-spice powder, mix well and set aside.
