This is my first time trying it. It seems like a simple dish, but it really tests my skills. Although it doesn’t look very good, it’s really delicious!

  1. Remove the stems, seeds and cut the pepper into sections

  2. Mix a little each of soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar and salt to make a sauce

  4. Turn on the heat, put no oil in the pot, and spread the peppers in the pot

  5. Fry on both sides until caramelized

  6. Wait until everything becomes soft and serve

  8. Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry for a minute
