Tiger skin pepper
Overview
This is my first time trying it. It seems like a simple dish, but it really tests my skills. Although it doesn’t look very good, it’s really delicious!

Remove the stems, seeds and cut the pepper into sections

Mix a little each of soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar and salt to make a sauce

Chopped garlic

Turn on the heat, put no oil in the pot, and spread the peppers in the pot

Fry on both sides until caramelized

Wait until everything becomes soft and serve

Garlic Soup Pot

Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry for a minute

Add the previously fried peppers and simmer until the juice is reduced
