Crack the eggs into the bowl.

Add a little salt and beat the eggs.

Add fine sugar and stir evenly.

Add flour.

Pour in the milk and mix well.

Sieve the batter to make it smoother. (This step can be omitted.)

Heat the frying pan over low heat and scoop in a ladle of batter (for serving rice).

Gently shake the pan to spread the batter evenly across the bottom of the pan.

When the surface of the batter becomes slightly dry, turn it over.

Fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides, then remove from the pan. (You can eat it.)

Roll up the pancake, cut it in half, cut off the edges, and place on a plate.

Drizzle with honey.

Top with sugar osmanthus. (You can also eat it as a dip.)
