Steps
-
Cut the steamed buns into small cubes
-
Dice the zucchini and cut the bacon into small pieces
-
Beat 2 eggs with salt, add zucchini and bacon and mix well
-
Grease the mold with a little melted butter. This way it will be easier to remove from the mold after baking, and it will be more fragrant
-
Pour into the mold until half full
-
Sprinkle with diced buns. The diced steamed buns can also be dipped in butter in advance, crisped in the oven, and then added to the pudding liquid. That way the texture is crispy. Add it directly like this, the texture will be soft and waxy
-
Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 8 minutes
-
Beat another egg, add shredded cheese slices and chopped shiitake mushrooms, and pour into the mold. Shiitake mushrooms can also be omitted, depending on personal taste and preference. I use breakfast cheddar cheese, if you use mozzarella cheese, it will have a stringy effect.
-
Continue to bake at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes. By heating in stages, the inner core of the round mold will be cooked more easily. As shown in the picture, the surface solidifies, bulges, and can be removed from the mold
