Different Chicken Slices with Chives

Normally, everyone likes to put chives on the chicken slices and drizzle with hot oil until the onions are fragrant. It looks good, but I don’t like onions. Use green onions to stir-fry until fragrant. The oil will be fragrant with green onions, and then the chicken slices will be fragrant with green onions. This is a major advantage. The key is to stir-fry the green onions until they are not burnt, crisp and fragrant. Once burnt, they will become bitter and unpalatable. This is where the difficulty lies. When eating, eat chicken slices and green onions together to have a different kind of taste. It's just stir-fried chicken slices with some fried green onions, but it doesn't look very good. But delicious, delicious things may not necessarily look good, and good-looking things may not necessarily taste good. Foodies still want to eat good food, no matter how good it looks.
