The ingredients to prepare are not soft tofu, but northern tofu

Cut the tofu into small slices, not too thick as it won't be easy to taste.

Chop the tomatoes, preferably peeled. I'm too lazy to go

Put oil in the pan and fry the tofu over low heat

Fry one side until golden brown, then flip and fry until golden brown on both sides, set aside for later use

Put oil in the pot, add tomatoes and stir out the juice, then press the diced tomatoes with a spatula
