Pick and wash the cabbage, peel 6 cloves of garlic and set aside. Garlic is my favorite when frying vegetables!

Pour tap water into a basin and soak the white cabbage.

Put a spoonful of salt into the bowl of cabbage. Soak for 10 minutes.

Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pot.

Then pour in the cabbage and stir-fry quickly.

Stir-fry the cabbage until 7 times cooked and add the garlic. Add a little bit of water.

Turn off the heat; add a spoonful of salt to the cabbage.

Then add appropriate amount of MSG. Continue to stir-fry evenly and then serve on a plate.
