Prepare raw materials.

Dice the onions, peel and dice the tomatoes, and dice the oyster mushrooms.

Add an appropriate amount of olive oil to the pot, and when the oil is 60% hot, add the diced onions.

Stir-fry the onions over low heat until the onions become small and translucent.

Pour in the beef filling and stir-fry.

Pour in diced oyster mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add diced tomatoes and stir-fry.

When the tomatoes are soft and partially fried, add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste.

Add appropriate amount of black pepper paste and salt and stir-fry.

Add 1 cheese slice.

Stir-fry quickly until the cheese is all melted and evenly stir-fried, then turn off the heat.

Twist in appropriate amount of crushed black pepper and stir evenly.
