  1. We cut the pork tenderloin into shreds along the grain. Do not use a machine for this, as the texture will not be that good. Add soy sauce and a little bean paste. Ginger slices. Marinate the garlic for five minutes.

  3. Put a little rapeseed oil in the pot and fry the green pepper until raw. Remove from heat and set aside.
