Get two mackerels ready.

Cut and wash the mackerel and set aside.

Add ginger soy sauce and cooking wine to adjust the taste.

Add oil to the electric casserole, add the marinated mackerel to the pot, and simmer for ten minutes.

Flip and simmer for another ten minutes.

Then add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and sugar, and then add an appropriate amount of water.

Simmer until the juice is slightly reduced, then add green onions to enhance the freshness.
