Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare raw materials
-
Cut the potatoes into slices about three millimeters thick. Do not cut them. You can use two chopsticks to hold them as shown in the figure and then cut them to prevent them from being cut
-
Wrap the cut potatoes in tin foil
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven, heat up and down, 250 degrees, 40 minutes
-
Cut the bacon into small slices, the size should be determined according to the size of the potatoes
-
Add appropriate amount of chopped pepper, sesame oil, black pepper, and cumin to the bacon slices, and gently stir evenly
-
Take out the potatoes that are basically cooked, remove the tin foil, and place them on a non-stick pizza pan or a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Stuff the bacon slices into them one by one. Brush the surface with a little chopped pepper and sesame oil, and sprinkle with a little black pepper and cumin.
