Add an appropriate amount of water, add an appropriate amount of salt, and select "ribs, meat".

After the electric pressure cooker is finished working, release the pressure, open it and take a look. The soup is relatively thin and has a lot of water. It is best to add one more step: pour the soup and ingredients into the wok and use high heat to reduce the juice. I forgot to take a picture of this step.
-
When the soup is almost thickened, you can turn off the heat.
-
Remove from pan and plate.
-
So tempting.
