90g warm water, 4g yeast, 1 egg (about 48g shelled), 1g baking soda, 3g salt, 5g white sugar.

Mix well and add 200 grams of flour.

Stir well (it will be a little sticky) and add 15 grams of ordinary oil.

Knead until the dough is smooth.

Place in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight.

Grease the cutting board, take out the dough, do not knead it, flatten it directly with your hands, and cut it into two pieces evenly.

Stack the two pieces together and press them with chopsticks. (Chopsticks can be greased with oil)

Make a few more and be prepared.

Heat the oil, stretch out the fried dough sticks and put them in. The fried dough sticks will float directly, turn over, fry until golden brown, and take them out.

Filter oil.

The fried dough sticks are served with a bowl of soy milk as standard.
