  1. 90g warm water, 4g yeast, 1 egg (about 48g shelled), 1g baking soda, 3g salt, 5g white sugar.

  2. Mix well and add 200 grams of flour.

  3. Stir well (it will be a little sticky) and add 15 grams of ordinary oil.
