Pastoral Pork Ribs Soup
Overview
Recently, a small truck selling affordable vegetables appeared in a small open space near my home. I have gone there to buy it a few times and the price is indeed about one-third cheaper than the ones in the market. However, the quality of some of the vegetables is not as good as those in the market, and there are not many varieties. This time I bought a yam, peeled it when I got home, and found that it was broken and inedible. You really get what you pay for. Fortunately, the corn that was going to be used to make the spareribs stew was not used yet, so it was temporarily replaced with corn, and the classic pastoral spareribs soup was extended.
