Sweet and Sour Gluten Cabbage

Today I made a vegetable using cabbage stems and Wuxi oil gluten! The sweet and sour flavor is very appetizing and very popular!

The cabbage stems I used were cut into small pieces

For the intact gluten, first dig a hole or cut one into two

Start the oil pan

First add the cabbage stalks and stir-fry

Then add oily gluten and flatten the gluten

Add some salt to taste

Add appropriate amount of vinegar and stir well
