Overview
The soft bread with yellow peaches and cheese is simply too delicious to be overwhelmed. Worth a try. (In order to avoid missing photos, it should be fine to check and then upload after editing)

Steps
-
For the post-oiling method, put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start the dough program to the end.
-
Add room temperature softened butter and continue kneading process to the end.
-
The dough is basically fermented until it is 2.5 times in size.
-
Take out the fermented dough and flatten it to deflate.
-
Divide into equal portions, cover tightly and let rest for 10 minutes.
-
Take a small amount and roll it into thick slices.
-
Use a round mold to press out a round piece (the dough is one circle larger than the mold)
-
Roll out the disc slightly.
-
Then put the pressed small circle back into the disc to complete.
-
Place the shaped dough into an oiled baking pan. Put it in the oven, add a cup of warm water and let the dough double in size. (Take advantage of the second serving time to make the cheese filling)
-
Prepare two pieces of yellow peach and cut into small pieces.
-
Melt the cheese and sugar over water until there are no particles, then take it out, add fresh cream and mix well to form the cheese filling.
-
Take out the second-raised dough and lightly brush the edges with egg wash.
-
Pipe cheese filling in the middle. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.
-
Add yellow peach pieces.
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
