Raw material picture. Wash the shrimps, cut their backs open and remove the shrimp lines.

Heat the pot, pour in the oil, heat it up, add the onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and stir-fry until red.

Cook in rice wine, pour in delicious fresh and steamed fish soy sauce (you don’t need to add salt after adding these), add a little tomato sauce and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium high and cook until the juice is reduced.
