Wash the prawns, remove any sand lines, add oil to the pan, fry on one side,

Flip and continue frying for about 1 minute on each side.

Plate ready for use

Sauté onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add Pixian bean paste and add shrimps

Add boiled water (not too many shrimps, just cover half of them), add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Remove the juice from the fire

Arrange on a plate, top with chopped green onions, and serve.
