Peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes, which can be slightly thicker;

Chop 2 cloves of garlic and appropriate amount of tempeh;

Heat oil in a pan, add pumpkin and stir-fry for a few times. Sprinkle a small amount of water during stir-frying to prevent it from burning;

Add garlic and black bean paste and stir-fry evenly;

Pour in half a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes;
