Wash appropriate amount of chrysanthemum, drain and set aside.

Cut into small pieces and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil. Add a little salt to the chrysanthemum chrysanthemum segments and blanch for one minute. Remove and drain.
