When I have nothing to do, I just think about eating. Others say I know how to eat. So you have to find ways to cook different delicacies to live up to your title of foodie.

Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them (about the same thickness as chopsticks) and cut the green onions into sections

Heat oil in a pan

Add the sliced potatoes and green onions and stir-fry. Add the condiments one by one and stir-fry evenly. Then pour in an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes

When you hear there is no sound of water in the pot, it's done. Open the lid and sprinkle some chopped green onion

Just put it on a plate and you can eat it, there is also crispy rice cracker
