Overview
Today, I used purple sweet potato flour to create a patterned bread, which is novel in shape, easy to operate, soft and puffy, and visibly delicious.

Now add the purple sweet potato to the flour and mix evenly.

Place various ingredients in the bread machine.
-
Put the yeast on top and use a bread machine to mix and ferment the dough.
-
Take the fermented dough out of the bread machine and knead it until even.
-
Divide into 9 equal portions and knead evenly.
-
Take 1 dough and roll it into a round dough.
-
Cut 2 knives into 4 pieces.
-
Overlap 4 pieces.
-
Make a cut in the middle of the rounded side.
-
The left side stands up inward, and the same goes for the right side.
-
Then press it with chopsticks.
-
After the bread dough is prepared one by one (and then the second proofing is carried out), the first few photos are purple, but after the light is turned on, the photo is pink, with a slight color difference.
-
The second baking is completed and ready for baking (this is the real color).
-
Preheat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, set the upper heat to 170 degrees and the lower heat to 150 degrees. Place the middle and lower layers in the oven and bake for 20 minutes (cover with oil paper as appropriate).
-
The finished bread is out of the oven (I answered a phone call and forgot to cover it with parchment paper).
