Onions, garlic, celery, no leaves

Chop onions, garlic, celery, ginger, and mushrooms. I bought large red dates, so I cut them in half

Put all the seasonings together

Because some water needs to be added, the water for soaking the mushrooms is

The pork must be roasted and skinned, then cut into desired sizes and boiled in cold water.
-
Cook until cooked. Generally, we use chopsticks to insert from the skin into the inside, as long as it feels like it can be inserted into the inside
-
After taking it out of the pan, use a needle to remove all the skin
-
After inserting the needle, rub it with vinegar and then with raw salt to make its skin more swollen
-
Put oil in the pot, and when the oil temperature reaches level 8, add the meat and fry it. Note that the skin should be fried first, so the skin should be facing down
-
Fry until golden brown
-
After taking it out of the pan, soak it in cold water
-
Soak until the skin is swollen and soft
-
Taro slices fried
-
Put the soaked meat into the sauce to make it stick to the sauce, put it in a bowl, skin side down, put one piece of meat and one piece of taro, then put it in the steamer and steam it until it is cooked, which will take about 30 minutes.
-
After steaming, use another empty bowl to pour it out. I forgot to take a photo of this step
