These are sausage buns. Because I bought extra long crispy sausages, the bread looks extremely huge. So what’s a good name? Giant sausage buns? Overlord Sausage Bun? Or a Big Mac sausage bun? It’s all OK. Anyway, it is huge and domineering. :D

  1. Pour the liquid ingredients into the kneading cylinder;

  6. Ferment in the middle until 2.5 times in size;

  7. Divide 4 pieces of 130g dough, deflate and roll into balls (there is still dough left, which is used to make a "vegetable sausage pizza");

  8. Roll the dough into a long strip;
