Overlord Sausage Buns
Overview
These are sausage buns. Because I bought extra long crispy sausages, the bread looks extremely huge. So what’s a good name? Giant sausage buns? Overlord Sausage Bun? Or a Big Mac sausage bun? It’s all OK. Anyway, it is huge and domineering. :D

Pour the liquid ingredients into the kneading cylinder;

Pour the powdered materials into the kneading cylinder;

Knead into smooth dough;

Add butter;

Knead to expansion stage;

Ferment in the middle until 2.5 times in size;

Divide 4 pieces of 130g dough, deflate and roll into balls (there is still dough left, which is used to make a "vegetable sausage pizza");

Roll the dough into a long strip;

Roll up lengthwise;

Connect the two ends to form a circle;

Place the shaped dough into the baking pan (as shown in the picture);

Put a piece of crispy sausage in the middle;

Final fermentation;

Brush with a layer of egg liquid water (egg liquid: water=1:1);

Sprinkle with salad dressing and tomato salsa;

Middle rack of oven, 180℃, 20 minutes, done.
