Sweet taro oat milk soup
Overview
There are endless possibilities for finding taro. I didn’t like the milk boiling for too long, so I steamed the taro separately. The quick-cooking oatmeal does not need to be cooked for a long time. After boiling it with the milk, turn off the heat and simmer for a while and it will become soft and waxy. Then put the steamed taro into the oat milk, boil again, and let it warm. During this process, the powdery taro will absorb the milk thoroughly and turn into milky taro. Add a little honey to make it taste sweeter. But the natural sweetness of milk is also very good. . . .
