Christmas snowman cake roll
Overview
Some people say that every object has its own meaning, and some objects represent special meanings. Just like glutinous rice balls during the Lantern Festival, dumplings during the Spring Festival, chocolates on Valentine's Day, mooncakes on the Mid-Autumn Festival, pumpkins on Halloween, and gingerbread on Christmas. ▼ Abroad, Christmas, like the Spring Festival in China, is a time for family reunions and joyful gatherings. Just like we prepare new year's goods on the eve of the Spring Festival, it is very popular to make Christmas cakes during their Christmas. ▼ As Christmas slowly spreads to China, mothers who love baking have an additional skill, and that is making Christmas cakes. Christmas cookies can come in a variety of styles and colors, and children can work with mom to paint the fairy tale designs they want. ▼ Not only experience happiness and results in parent-child activities. What's more, the cute cookies are a warm Christmas gift. If there is no Santa Claus, be your own Santa Claus, give surprises and care to your friends, and leave yourself happiness and satisfaction.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare all materials for later use. There is no pigment in the picture. You can use directly purchased pigments. If you mind, you can also make your own natural pigments
-
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, draw a snowman with a pencil, and turn the parchment paper over to lay it out for later use.
-
Pour milk, salad oil and matcha into the milk pot
-
Heat and stir until the matcha is dissolved and there are no grains
-
After cooling slightly, pour into the egg yolk and stir evenly
-
Sift the low-gluten flour into the egg yolk paste and stir evenly without any lumps. Set aside
-
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and beat the egg whites
-
Add fine sugar in three batches and beat until wet peaks form into small hooks
-
Take a small spoonful of egg white, drop in red coloring and mix well, then put it into the decorating tape. (This process needs to be faster, and the remaining egg whites should be refrigerated first. If you are worried that the operation is too slow, you can also beat the egg whites in two times to prevent the protein paste from defoaming.)
-
Extrude the cake batter on the baking sheet in the shape of the drawn snowman. You can use multiple colors to distinguish the snowman from the scarf. For the sake of simplicity, I only use one color here. After squeezing, place in a preheated oven at 170°C and bake for 1 minute to set
-
To make cake batter, add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk batter and mix evenly. Then pour the mixed egg white and egg yolk batter into the remaining egg whites and mix evenly
-
Pour the batter into the baking pan, scrape it evenly with a scraper and shake it
-
Place in the preheated oven at 160°C on the middle shelf and bake for about 20 minutes
