Salt and pepper baby potatoes
Overview
Potatoes are a vegetable that can be used both as a grain and as a vegetable. They are native to the high mountain areas of South America. They were introduced to my country in the 18th century and are cultivated in various places and available throughout the year. Potatoes are oval in shape with bud eyes. The skin can be red, yellow, white or purple, and the flesh can be white or yellow. Potatoes have high starch content, are rich in nutrients, and have a crisp or powdery texture. They are suitable for frying, stewing, roasting, frying, etc., and are easily digested and absorbed by the human body. Therefore, they are considered the second bread in Europe and the United States. The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations officially designated 2008 as the Year of the Potato, and also called it the future food of the earth.
