-
Melt milk and butter over water.
-
Put the whole eggs into a water-free and oil-free basin and add sugar.
-
Beat whole eggs with a whisk.
-
Sift in the flour and mix evenly.
-
Take two to three spoons of batter and put it into the milk and butter liquid and mix well.
-
Pour the mixed batter into the batter bowl and mix evenly.
-
Pour into a paper cup, bake at 150 degrees for about 25 minutes.
-
Whisk light cream with 15 grams of sugar.
-
Pipe a ring of buttercream onto the top of the cooled cake.
-
Take a small amount of whipping cream to make it green, and squeeze out the leaves with a flower nozzle. (Squeeze it bigger, I squeezed it smaller and it was covered by the petals)
-
Mix up the yellow cream, use a bougainvillea nozzle to pipe out two layers of sunflower petals, and decorate with small Oreo cookies in the middle.
