I’ve wanted to make buckwheat steamed buns for a long time! Finally did it today! Buckwheat is great for your health! So everyone should eat more!

Use warm water and chopsticks to combine wheat flour and buckwheat flour into a flocculent shape! Add baking powder in it!

Knead the wheat flour and buckwheat flour separately into dough! Then ferment for an hour and minutes! Let the air out when the dough doubles in size! Knead them separately for 10 minutes! Then let it rest for 10 minutes!

Use a rolling pin to roll the buckwheat dough and wheat dough into sheets after proofing! Then overlap!

Roll up the dough slowly! As pictured!

Use a knife to cut the buns into 4 cm wide and 5 cm long! As shown in the picture!
