Overview
When I am alone at home, I especially like this kind of steamed stew. Ophiopogon japonicus, pear slices, sea coconut, etc. are added to the carrots and mutton. The stewed soup is fragrant and slightly sweet. It can moisten the lungs and nourish yin, relieve coughs and warm the stomach, remove upset internal heat, and improve the quality of sleep.

Prepare the main ingredients: onion and ginger cooking wine, ginger, 200 grams of mutton, a section of carrot, ingredients (candied dates, sea coconut, Ophiopogon japonicus, lotus seeds, snow pear slices, wolfberry).

Cut carrots and mutton into cubes and set aside.

Put the blanched mutton, ingredients (candied dates, sea coconut, Ophiopogon japonicus, lotus seeds, pear slices) and ginger into the container, and simmer in water for an hour and a half.

Then add carrots, 1-2 grams of salt, and wolfberry, simmer for half an hour and then turn off the heat.
