Overview
Since I don’t like tomatoes very much, I rarely make this dish. This is also the first time I have made it. My son likes to eat it. I listened to my son's arrangement and bought two tomatoes to make this plate of tomato scrambled eggs. No seasonings were added, so it is authentic.
