Zongzi peanut balls
Overview
After the Dragon Boat Festival, the holiday is over, but I haven’t finished eating the rice dumplings yet, and I’m tired of them. What to do? Turn the leftover rice dumplings into a gorgeous turn. In the oven, add sesame seeds and peanuts, they will become soft, glutinous and delicious rice dumplings and peanut balls.

Roast the peanuts, peel them and crush them, fry the sesame seeds and mix them with the crushed peanuts;

Take the remaining rice dumplings out of the refrigerator;

.Remove the leaves from the rice dumplings, cut into pieces, wrap them in aluminum foil, and heat them in the microwave; PS: Make the rice dumplings soft. They will be hard when taken out of the refrigerator.

Knead into small rounds with your hands;

Small, soft rice dumplings, wrapped with chopped peanuts and sesame seeds;

Line a baking sheet with silicone paper and place the prepared rice dumpling balls;

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 18 minutes; PS: Each oven is different, so the time and temperature vary slightly.
