Cut the tofu into 1cm thick triangular pieces

Use kitchen paper to soak up the water, pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, put the tofu cubes in and fry

Fry until golden brown on both sides, set aside

Wash the green onions and slice them

Wash green beans and set aside

Wash and slice the king oyster mushrooms
