Luffa steamed dried tofu
Overview
This is a dish that my mother-in-law made when she was a child. The one who talks about it most these days is my mother. My mother-in-law also recalled her mother. Her mother-in-law said that the most delicious dishes her grandmother used to cook were steamed dishes, which were particularly fragrant and flavourful. For example, this season's loofah is topped with chopped peppers and steamed. It goes very well with rice. There is also the dried tofu made by my grandpa, which is also chopped with peppers and steamed. The taste is really indescribably good. So today I steamed these two dishes for my mother-in-law. I also added olive vegetables, which my mother-in-law likes very much now, so that this dish has a fresh feeling.
