Old-fashioned peach cake
Overview
As a child born in 1985, I didn’t have many delicious snacks when I was a kid. My dad came home from get off work and brought back a few apples and slices of peach cake, which were very good snacks. Now I can make peach cakes by myself, but my dear dad has not been able to taste it~ On the occasion of Father’s Day, I sincerely wish every dad in the world happiness and good health~

Prepare materials

Mix all the powder evenly and prepare to sift

Add white sugar to the egg liquid, (leave a little egg liquid to brush the surface of the peach cake later) and beat until the sugar melts

Add corn oil and mix well

Sift in all the flour

Knead into smooth dough

Divide the dough into small balls of about 30g each, place them on the baking sheet and press them flat

Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds

Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
