Hand cake
Overview
When talking about hometown snacks, what I think of is hand pancakes, which are simple, crispy and delicious, with an appropriate amount of lettuce

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the lettuce, drain the water and set aside, wash and slice the tomatoes, cut the cucumber into strips, and cut the ham in half.
-
When the pot is red, don't add any oil. Put the lettuce in the hot pot and blanch it. [You can also eat raw lettuce if you are used to it, so you don't need to blanch the lettuce]
-
Fry the ham sausage in a pan.
-
Heat the pan, place the pancakes directly in the pan, and cook over low heat [no need to add oil and salt]
-
After browning both sides, press with a spatula until fluffy.
-
Sprinkle the eggs on the hand cakes and press them with a spatula to make the eggs completely adhere to the hand cakes. After the eggs are cooked, turn over and heat for a few minutes before serving. With the egg side facing up, place lettuce, ham sausage, tomatoes and cucumbers according to personal taste [If you like spicy food, you can add chopped pepper]
-
Finally, put on disposable gloves and roll it up, so the meal can be packaged and enjoyed.
