Overview
The scallion oil bibimbap noodles are delicious, fragrant with onions and have a unique flavor. I had cut the green onions early and wanted to do something else, but on a whim, I squeezed a pot of green onion oil, which was quite delicious. I'll try using it next time I make buns. ^^

Wash the onions, drain them, and tie them into knots. Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, add the green onions, and simmer over low heat. (PS: I originally used it for cooking other dishes, but I changed it to squeezing scallion oil. It is recommended to use whole scallions to squeeze the oil, otherwise it will be very troublesome to remove the scallions -_-||b)

Squeeze for about twenty minutes. When you see the color of the onions, you can turn off the heat and pick them up.
